Is the payment secure?
- Payments made on the Zenogati website are fully secure thanks to our partnership with Shopify Payments and the 3D Secure system to combat fraud. All banking information that you provide to us does not pass through our servers but is directly transmitted to this third-party service specializing in online payments. Your banking information is encrypted and does not circulate on the internet.
Has my order been taken into account?
- When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation with your order number by email.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
- We can cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed. Write to us as soon as possible at the following email address: contact@zenogati.com so that we can take your request into account.
Can I return a perfume if I am not satisfied?
- The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the Order to return any new, unopened product.
Delivery problem
- Delivery delays are the responsibility of the carriers, and therefore cannot give rise to compensation from Zenogati. In the event of a delay of more than 7 days, we invite you to contact us by e-mail at: contact@zenogati.com we will do our utmost to guide you.

How do I choose the perfume that suits me best?
- We understand that choosing a fragrance can be a personal and important decision. We recommend visiting one of our physical points of sale to discover our fragrances and receive personalized advice from our fragrance experts. If this is not possible, you can also explore our fragrance range on our website and order our discovery set to discover the different fragrances at your own pace.
What is the shelf life of your perfumes?
- Zenogati perfumes are formulated with high quality ingredients and are packaged in bottles designed to preserve their freshness and quality. In general, our perfumes maintain their quality and intensity for at least 2 years when stored in appropriate conditions, away from direct sunlight, temperature variations and humidity.
Do you use natural ingredients in your perfumes?
- Yes, we use a combination of the highest quality natural and synthetic ingredients to create our fragrances. Zenogati is committed to using safe and ethical ingredients while preserving the quality and originality of our creations.
What alcohol is used in Zenogati perfumes?
- We use 100% vegetable alcohol. 100% vegetable alcohol is non-toxic and can be safely used in the creation of perfumes. It is also less likely to cause skin irritation or allergic reactions than some synthetic alcohols.
Do you add any additives?
- Zenogati does not add any additives to perfumes. In some perfumes on the market, dyes or sunscreens can be added to control the color of a perfume. We have decided not to use these processes, preferring to preserve the natural purity of our fragrances.
